Each balloon comes with a 4' attached ribbon.
This balloon is designed to be used with Helium. If you do not have a Helium tank, take it to your local flower or card shop to be filled with Helium. Because of the newness of this balloon, I suggest that you take a copy of the Inflation Instructions with you. Both on the package and on my website.
NOTE: Not returnable if out of the sealed package that you received it in. All returns other then defective will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
