Shipping & Return information:
Shipping on each order page is figured by this shopping cart by the first item and quantity you order on each order page. If you order several item off one order page, your shipping may increase due to shipping weight.
Orders Will be shipped at the least expensive and fastest deliver time and may be shipped USPS Priority or UPS
If you want UPS or USPS only, please note this information in the "SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS" area.

Payment:
        Credit Card Use: If you use a credit card to purchase items,
        Your credit card bill will identify this charge as coming from
                  Larry's Balloons or LSM
             Personal Checks, Money Orders:
                  All payments made out to Larry's Balloons
       Canadian and Overseas orders - All payments made to US funds

Return Policy:
      Returns with approval only.
New (un damaged goods) subjected to a 20% restocking
       fee.
New returned goods will either be credited to your credit
       card or credited  towards your next order
       (No cast refunds).
Damaged Goods must be approved for return and
       returned with in 30 days of invoice date.
       Damaged Goods will be replaced at no cost to you.

Special Charges:
       $25.00 + Bank charges  on Non-Cashable Checks
       and Credit cards.
